Gingerbread Cake follows sausage and mash

Laura from our cooking team has made a gorgeous gingerbread cake for some VIP’s tomorrow.

This will follow sausage and mash by our very own Nigel from the Waterfront Bar & Bistro.

These meals are to help lift the minds, body’s and souls of the VIP’s who receive them.

It’s important to try and keep a balanced diet and we understand how easy it is to neglect ourselves during these sometimes isolated times.

So we really appreciate the skills and times of our cooking team volunteers who have really taken this project and ran with it in so many amazing ways.

It really does make a positive difference to people’s lives and is a great contribution to our community.
