With autumn definitely in the air, our cooks are making some lovely comforting food for tomorrow’s meals.
The main meal is a wholesome shepherds pie, followed by a seasonal apple crumble.
These menu favourites will be delivered to some of our VIP’s tomorrow.
The meals are happily received and provide a good source of nutrition.
It is also a comfort to some of our VIP’s to know that they are cared for.
Some are still not happy about venturing out and can find it difficult to cook something healthy for themselves every day, so these deliveries really are valuable to some of our more vulnerable neighbours.
We are continuing to support our community and have some positive plans for the near future.
