Our volunteer cooks have been producing some lovely meals over the past year, and they’re not stopping yet!
This week it was beef stew with horseradish dumplings followed by Tiramisu.
Over the last few weeks we’ve had chicken and chick pea tagine, leek, potato and bacon bake, apple crumbles, butterscotch parkin, raspberry cheesecakes, cottage pies, toad in the holes, chocolate puddings, with vegetarian substitutes where required.
Don’t they sound delicious. It’s enough to get us thinking about a cook book. Lots of good ideas for us to cook up for our own healthy and nutritious dinners.
