It’s Volunteers’ Week and the volunteers in PCCA’s cooking team have been cooking up a real treat for some of our VIP’s tomorrow.
It’s so important to try and keep healthy, and these nutritious home cooked meals are a real help to some of our community who are self-isolating.
Nigel at The Waterfront Bar & Bistro at Pewsey Wharf has excelled himself yet again with a one-pot beef casserole with penne pasta on the menu for tomorrow.
And one of our other volunteers, Milly has made a delicious chocolate tiffin for pudding.
Our volunteers give up so much of their time and really have excelled in all they are doing.
And businesses like The Waterfront Bar & Bistro at Pewsey Wharf deserve an extra mention as they very generously give up their time and donate the produce too!
(I hope you don’t mind me mentioning that Nigel, you’ve been very generous)
We are really inspired by all of the efforts from our community’s businesses and individuals. You’ve really come through for your neighbours.
Thank you xxx
