Phil Brady

Founding Director

Phil founded our organisation at the start of the pandemic and has been at the heart of PCA ever since. With a history in leadership in the creative design and music industries, as a local business owner and in the voluntary sector, Phil has overseen large projects from conception to completion and now dedicates his time to serving his community.

Siobhan Boyle

Director/ Communications Team

With 20 years experience working as a press, events and PR photographer, Siobhan has been at the centre of our communications team from day one. Siobhan has played a key role in our public relations and she also takes a mean photo so smile when you meet her!

Joan Barnett

Director/ Foodshare Coordinator

Joan was a welcome addition to the management team after cooking for us for three years and now coordinating our Foodshare initiative. Joan has 20 years experience working for The Citizen’s Advice Bureau and plays a fundamental role on our directorship.
