The campaign to keep the national voucher scheme going throughout the summer holidays has paid off!
The change of heart was announced today after many of us along with some prominent celebrities lobbied the govt and our MP’s with demands to keep this in place throughout the summer for struggling families.
No child should be going hungry.
Let’s hope this can lead to some more permanent reforms to help tackle child poverty.
Our fresh food was delivered today and will be sent out as part of the isolation and UBR packs tomorrow.
Our community has been looking out for each other and is continuing to do so.
